Terms & Conditions

Tour Service

The duration limit of full-day tours is 5 hours. Additional fee of IDR 100,000 per hour will be charged upon an excessed duration requested by our guest
We are very flexible, meaning that you may change destination as far as it is in the same route or area

Booking & Confirmation

Total fee will be estimated based on the location of both pick-up and drop-off
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment
A booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp provided by the customer (the form must be filled up)

Payment Policy

Full payment or a deposit of minimum 50% from total fee must be made at the time of booking
Payment can be made via bank transfer to our bank account informed on WhatsApp

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour starts
50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours before the tour starts
No refund for cancellations made within the day of the tour or in case of a no show.
In the event of bad weather, the tour may be rescheduled

Necessary Adjustment

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control
Any significant changes will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point on time
Customers must comply with local laws, customs, and safety instructions provided by the tour guide

Medical Conditions

Customers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking. Certain activities may require adequate fitness or have age restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., accidents, delays, or natural disasters)
Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks during the tour
